**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns to ensure their satisfaction with Avisa Wellness products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on new products, services, and promotions.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to make recommendations for improvements to products and services.
- Ensure that client information and interactions are accurately documented in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance communication and service skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and client recommendations.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Representative for a US-based company or communication agency; disciplined, cool temperament, team player with a strong service orientation. Willing to learn, explore, and push the boundaries of speaking skills as a service provider.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghitorni, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
