**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive
**Location**: Head Office: Rajendra Place, New Delhi

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up on service requests and feedback.
- Provide product information, troubleshooting, and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams (technical, sales, and service) for effective issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service requests.
- Deliver excellent customer service with clear and professional communication.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (fluent, both verbal and written).
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with power generation products, specifically DG sets, is an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and internal teams.
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Experience with technical products or in the power generation industry is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a call center, especially in a technical support or customer service role.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
