Developing and managing the Buying Budget for the stores
- Monitoring and controlling expenses to meet financial targets
- Researching and analyzing market trends to identify potential product lines
- Selecting merchandise that aligns with the store's target demographic and overall strategy
- Determining optimal inventory levels based on sales forecasts and historical data
- Reordering products as needed to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Ensure that inventory levels align with sales targets, planning to reduce excess stock and

promote sell-through
- Establishing relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure favorable agreements for the store
- Researching and analyzing market trends to identify New product lines
- Selecting merchandise that aligns with the store's target demographic and overall strategy
- Working with the Pricing Team to set competitive and profitable pricing for merchandise
- Implementing pricing and discount strategies to drive sales
- Regularly conducting market research to understand consumer preferences and competitors
- Monitoring trends and adjust the product assortments accordingly
- Collaborate with store team and visual merchandising team for better sales and appealing

displays at stores
- Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to assess the performance of merchandising

strategies.
- Adjusting merchandising/ buying plans based on sales performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
