**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Jewelry Merchandiser to join our team. As a Jewelry Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Product Development**: Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to develop new jewelry products, collections, and assortments.

**2. Product Sourcing**:Source high-quality jewelry products from suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards, quality, and pricing.

**3. Merchandise Planning**: Develop and execute merchandise plans, including product mix, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

**4. Visual Merchandising**: Create visually appealing displays, window displays, and in-store presentations to showcase jewelry products.

**5. Sales and Customer Engagement**: Work closely with sales teams to drive sales, customer engagement, and loyalty.

**6. Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.

**7. Budgeting and Forecasting**: Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to ensure business objectives are met.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.

2. Experience: 7+ years of experience in jewelry merchandising, buying, or product development.

3. Jewelry Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewelry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.

4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

**Nice to Have**

1. Certifications: Certifications in jewelry merchandising, gemology, or related fields.

2. Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages.

3. International Experience: Experience working in international markets or with global suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
