**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented **Merchandising Designer / Jewellery Designer** to conceptualize and develop jewellery collections that align with our brand aesthetic, market trends, and commercial goals. You will be responsible for both the **design ideation** and the **product development** process, ensuring seamless execution from concept to retail.

**Key Responsibilities:Design**:

- Conceptualize and sketch unique jewellery designs across categories (rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.).
- Research global trends, themes, and materials to create mood boards and seasonal collections.
- Translate creative ideas into CADs and technical drawings in collaboration with CAD designers.
- Ensure design aesthetics align with target customer segments and brand identity.

**Merchandising**:

- Plan and develop jewellery collections based on sales trends, market demand, and seasonal calendar.
- Work closely with production, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure timely launch of collections.
- Curate product assortments that balance hero products, fast-movers, and experimental pieces.
- Maintain an updated design library with SKU-level data, pricing, and material details.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Jewellery Design, Accessory Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in jewellery design or merchandising (fine, semi-precious, or fashion jewellery).
- Proficiency in design tools like CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, Matrix, or similar software.
- Strong aesthetic sense, understanding of form, detailing, and wearability.
- Knowledge of gemstones, metals, karigari techniques, and jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Commercially inclined with an understanding of consumer preferences.
- A passion for jewellery and storytelling through design.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
