**Roles and responsibility**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop original jewellery designs using Matrix or CAD software, ensuring precision and adherence to client specifications.
- **Market-Specific Designs**: Customize designs for diverse markets, including traditional South Indian, North Indian, Export-oriented, or Hip Hop styles.
- **3D Modeling**: Create detailed 3D models for new jewellery pieces, ensuring accuracy for manufacturing processes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on current jewellery trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
- **Client Interaction**: Liaise with clients to understand their design requirements and provide custom design solutions.
- **Prototype Development**: Assist in developing prototypes and reviewing samples to ensure they match design specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Matrix, Rhino, or other CAD software.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in jewellery design (any work experience is acceptable).
- Ability to design for specific market preferences (South Indian, North Indian, Export, or Hip Hop styles).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
