- A P.Hitesh Group Company, Those having experience in the jewellery sales and Marketing field would be only preferred. Responsible to pitch our jewellery to all the jewellers and taking orders.

**Requirements**:

- Background in customer service; Jewellery industry knowledge is a plus along with good understanding of diamond jewellery, diamonds and sales process
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the jewellery industry.
- Proficient and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Track record of successful sales achievements and exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel within your designated sales area on a monthly basis.
- Team player attitude, collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective goals.
- Should be comfortable in travelling to customer locations regularly for orders and business promotions.
- Have experience in handling corporate clients

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms. Knowledge of Smart Jewel ERP of Gatisoft would be an added advantage
- English Fluency is a must.
- Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager.
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Good understanding of IT (website, price estimates, etc.).
