**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential B2B clients and market trends. Analyse competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients. Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- **Marketing Strategies & Campaigns**: Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns tailored to the B2B sector. Utilize various marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- **Product Promotion**: Promote new and existing jewellery collections to B2B clients through presentations, meetings, and trade shows. Highlight unique selling points and benefits.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, catalogues, and digital content.
- **Sales Support**: Provide support to the sales team by generating leads, setting up meetings, and following up on client inquiries. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to the product development and marketing teams. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B jewellery marketing.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
- **Marketing Expertise**: In-depth understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.

**Job Timings**:09:00 TO 19:00
