**Customer Engagement**:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping environment.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces based on their needs and budget.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

**Product Presentation**:

- Showcase and explain jewellery features, materials, and craftsmanship to customers.
- Ensure that all displays are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Handle jewellery pieces with care and maintain proper hygiene standards.

**Sales Achievement**:

- Drive sales by actively upselling and cross-selling products.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments securely.

**Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of stock levels and inform the management of any replenishment needs.
- Assist in regular stock audits and ensure all items are accounted for.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer queries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Educate customers on jewellery care and maintenance.
- Provide after-sales support when needed.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth counter operations.
- Share feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of jewellery trends and materials.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and proficiency in MS Office tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
