Job Title: Counter Sales Girl

Job Summary:
Jus Jumpin Kids is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Counter Sales Girls. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a pleasant and engaging experience for all our young visitors and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about the available products and services, and offer recommendations as needed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and issuing receipts.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the counter area and the surrounding space.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the center's policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Attend to customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Promote and upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with light administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to provide exceptional experiences.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to handle light lifting as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
