Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations on menu items.
- Order Management: Take customer orders accurately, pass them to the kitchen, and ensure timely service.
- Billing & Cash Handling: Process payments via cash, UPI, or card, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash reports.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Suggest combos, add-ons, or promotional items to increase sales.
- Inventory Awareness: Keep track of menu availability and update customers on out-of-stock items.
- Coordination with Kitchen: Communicate special instructions and urgent orders efficiently to the chefs.
- Customer Feedback: Collect feedback and address minor complaints professionally.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness at the counter area as per food safety standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Language**:

- English, Gujarati and Hindi (required)

Work Location: In person
