Sales Officer

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and technical aspects of our offerings
- Develop and implement strategic territory management plans to optimize coverage and sales potential across assigned regions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility in key markets
- Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze customer data for insights into buying behaviors
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual value
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to stay ahead in the market
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and upselling relevant products or services when appropriate

**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple accounts and territories simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in business development activities such as lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms like Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to foster long-term partnerships
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable, especially involving product demos or complex solutions requiring detailed explanation
