**Job Summary**
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation, payments, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and logistics with production and accounts teams.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and maintaining CRM / sales databases.
- Support the sales team in managing leads, client communication, and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer queries or issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team for product availability.
- Track sales performance metrics and highlight gaps or opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
