**Recruitment Executive(ICPF)
- Job Description**

The India Child Protection (ICP), established in 2005, is a leading child rights protection organization dedicated to combatting child sexual abuse (CSA) and related crimes, including child trafficking, exploitation of children in the digital space, and child marriage.

ICP works with various Law Enforcement Agencies to strengthen the ecosystem of support in fighting CSAM and related issues. The Child Protection Unit of ICP is a dedicated unit that works out of the Banjara Hills. This unit comprises of Executives who report to a Team Leader. The Team Leader reports to a designated nodal officer.

Criteria: Requirement

**Number of Position : 1 (One)**

**Qualification** : BBA with 4 Years or MBA with 2 years of work experience in Entry Level Recruitment, Time and Attendance Management, with some exposure to Training function.

**Gender: Any**

**Experience**:

- Exposure to the hiring of Call Centre professionals will be an advantage.
- Expertise in preparing source maps, cold calling, job board posting etc. is mandatory.

- Branding and Social Media Basics
- Basic Knowledge of Performance Management, Training, Time, and Attendance etc.
- Expertise in planning and implementing Capacity Building initiatives for team members.
- Business Writing Skills with nil grammatical and syntactical issues.
- Database Management in MS Excel
- Basics of MS PPT

**Languages**: Should be fluent in Telugu and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.

**Work Location**: The team works out of the designated space on Road No 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

**Compensation**:
The remuneration is up to INR 35K per month. Please note that the positions are on the payrolls of an International NGO partner and salary related discussions will be directly conducted by them.

**Initial Tenure**:
The tenure of the contract is co-terminus with availability of funding. The initial contract will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals, business needs, and availability of budgetary provisions will determine continuity of service, year on year.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
