Roles and Responsibilities
- Taking care of the facility related day to day activities and keeping them neat and clear round the clock.
- Managing the stocks available and procuring the required supplies before it ends.
- Regular coordinating with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, functionality and maintenance of all workplaces.
- Attending inbound calls to sort out queries and actions on a priority basis.
- Reaching out to customers for payments once the payments are due.
- Reviewing incoming documents, replying to it or any other action as per requirement
- Supervising housekeeping staff and pantry boys including recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
- Negotiating with multiple vendors procuring the required materials of best quality at best price.
- Evaluating and negotiating proper rates with vendors for cost effective purchases.
- Performing procurement of materials.
- Monitoring expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
- Coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage a team of operations staff, including community managers, CSR, maintenance engineers and house keeping staff and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel management, Certified Facility Manager or equivalent
- Must have in-depth understanding of the facilities operations like housekeeping, vendor management and other information about the process of the facilities
- Excellent management and multitasking skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong people skills and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Facilities management: 1 year (preferred)
