**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leave Management**:
- Manage and maintain employee leave records.
- Generate periodic leave reports for management review.
- **Attendance Management**:
- Oversee the daily attendance records of all employees.
- Monitor and address attendance discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit attendance reports to the HR department.
- **General Administrative Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to the project site team.
- Handle office supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for documents.
- **Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between the project site and head office.
- Ensure effective communication of company policies and updates to the project site team.
- Address employee queries related to administrative matters.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports to management on time.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably at a project site.
- Strong knowledge of leave and attendance management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in construction or similar project-based environments.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Meghalaya.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
