**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of Mangwale, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with delivery personnel to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and delivery processes.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.
- Identify and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate department.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to the development of our customer service procedures and policies.
- Stay up-to-date on our latest products, services, and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
- Must be comfortable working from our office in Nashik.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food delivery or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with the Nashik area.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,519.23 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
