**Profile introduction**:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. You will interact with customers on a daily basis, assisting them with inquiries, purchases, and resolving any issues they may have. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clientele.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Provide customers with information on promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
