**Job Description: Telecaller - B2B Sales and Marketing (Immigration Company)**

**Position**: Telecaller - B2B Sales and Marketing ( only for Female Staff)
**Location**: East Delhi ( Shahdara)
**Department**: Sales and Marketing

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Qualify prospects and gather information about their immigration needs.
- Use CRM tools to log leads, track follow-ups, and update client details.
- **Sales Outreach and Follow-up**:

- Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to engage potential clients and convert them into business opportunities.
- Present and promote immigration services to businesses, showcasing the benefits of partnering with the company for visa, work permits, and residency services.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients, assisting with their inquiries, and upselling relevant services.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with business clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding immigration processes, timelines, and service offerings in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and delivering high-quality services.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
- Track and report on the progress of business leads and performance metrics.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts and strategies.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, business presentations, and other marketing collateral tailored for the B2B sector.
- **Market Research and Feedback**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and feedback from clients to identify opportunities for improvement or new services.
- Provide market insights to the management team to help refine sales strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B telecalling, sales, or marketing, preferably within the immigration or visa services industry.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage and persuade corporate clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of immigration services, processes, and visa regulations is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience with international immigration and work permit processes.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with regular office hours.
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet targets or attend client meetings.

**Compensation**:
