Hurlad is a marketing and advertising firm dedicately works as an internal team to provide cafes, FnB companies, and the hospitality sector with innovative marketing, branding, and advertising solutions. We utilize a unique approach that combines psychology and strategic planning to create targeted digital marketing campaigns that resonate with your target audience.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Business Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and exceeding sales targets.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Effectively handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and convert them into paying clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through a strategic approach.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying opportunities
- Analyze market trends, understand competitors activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Work directly with the founder to set up sales calls and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- **Requirements and Skills**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (1-2 years of relevant experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information persuasively.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, comfortable making cold calls and establishing rapport with new contacts.
- Strong networking skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- A natural closer, with excellent negotiation and Contract closing skills.
- Solid understanding of the B2B marketing and advertising landscape, especially within the hospitality Industry.
- Passion for the hospitality sector and a desire to help businesses thrive.

- Competitive salary range (INR 25,000-35,000/monthly) +competitive incentives based on deals
- In-office location (Dwarka, Delhi) with standard working hours (10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Alternate Saturdays Working - 1st and 3rd).
