**Prime Function**:

- Ensure to interact with the guests & enable the team to understand guest requirements.
- To ensure that all guests of the hotel are checked in and checked out in an efficient, yet warm and friendly manner.
- Ensure that regular training is conducted as per the standards.
- Responsible for maintaining high level of room sales, by up-selling.
- Ensure to interact with the guests & enable the team to understand guest requirements.
- Responsible for ongoing communication of pertinence using the logbook provided to other shifts.
- To ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all the departments.
- Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department’s objectives and policies.
- Identify optimal, cost-effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.

**_Work Experience_**
- Prior relevant experience of 1 - 3 years.
- Ability to drive change and look for operational efficiencies across the network
- Exceptional management and Motivational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leader with the ability to guide, coach, motivate and exhibition.
