**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects across global markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East).
Introduce TechMango’s IT services and solutions and generate interest among decision-makers.
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and timeline, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce).
Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and gather market intelligence to strengthen outreach strategy.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to refine calling scripts and outreach messaging.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-7 years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably for IT services or SaaS).
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral accent (US/UK exposure preferred).
Ability to confidently handle objections and build rapport quickly.
Comfortable working in US/UK time zones (night shift may apply).
Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo is a plus.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet quotas.
