Primary Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or offers.
  • Inbound Handling: Receive calls from customers, address inquiries, and provide support or solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling or follow-ups.
  • Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Database Management: Update and manage customer information in spreadsheets accurately.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and understand market needs.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for sales teams with interested clients.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate issues when necessary.

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal communication in the target language (English, Tamil, etc.)
  • Listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Persuasion and negotiation to influence buying decisions
  • Patience and empathy for handling difficult or confused customers
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing call logs and CRM tools
  • Time management to handle high call volumes efficiently

Additional Duties

  • Daily reporting to supervisors on call outcomes and progress
  • Meeting targets for calls made, leads generated, or conversions
  • Team collaboration to share insights and improve strategies
  • Training participation to stay updated on products and technique
