**Telecalling Executive**

**Job Overview**: Handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, support sales, and deliver excellent customer service.

**Requirements**: 1-4 years in telecalling/tele sales/customer service with strong communication and persuasion skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Explain product features, offers, and benefits effectively.
- Record and update customer details in CRM.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
- Maintain call quality and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead closures.

**KPI**: Daily call volume, conversion ratio, lead-to-sales closures, customer satisfaction, CRM data accuracy, and timely follow-up rate.
