Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses interested in cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions.

Identify and qualify leads based on business needs and interest in crypto services.

Educate potential clients about the benefits of our crypto-related products (e.g., trading, investment, blockchain solutions).

Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:
Experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales (preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services).

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and trading concepts (or willingness to learn).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage with potential clients.

Ability to handle objections and build rapport with business decision-makers.

Familiarity with CRM software and call-tracking tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
