Job Title: Cold Caller / Appointment Scheduler - US Market

Location: Work from Office – Coimbatore | Night Shift (US Time Zone)

About Us:

Stepping Edge is currently hiring aggressive and result-driven cold callers/appointment schedulers for a dedicated client project in the US market.

Role Overview:

This is a hardcore calling role for professionals who can confidently connect with US-based businesses, pitch services, and secure qualified appointments with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls daily to prospects in the US.
  • Deliver a compelling pitch of the client's offerings and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on need, authority, and readiness.
  • Schedule and align appointments with the sales team's calendar.
  • Handle objections and keep prospects engaged.
  • Maintain accurate prospect details and update CRM regularly.
  • Consistently achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of cold calling / appointment setting experience in the US market.
  • Excellent spoken English (neutral or US accent preferred).
  • Strong persistence, resilience, and ability to handle rejections.
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, outsourcing, or BPO sales preferred.
  • Ability to work in US time zones (EST/PST).
  • Familiarity with CRM and call tracking tools.
  • Must be willing to work from office.
