**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, etc.) to ensure seamless customer service.
- Stay updated with company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on achieving quick solutions.
- Proficient in using customer support software (CRM systems, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with [specific industry/product] is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
