**Position Overview**
We are looking for smart, confident, and customer-focused **female professionals** to join us as **Customer Relationship Executives (CRE)**. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, managing relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales and export teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **international clients**:

- Handle **customer inquiries**, follow-ups, and feedback professionally
- Support the **sales/export teams** with order updates, documentation, and coordination
- Ensure **timely delivery** and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update **CRM/database records**:

- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow

**Requirements**:

- **Graduate / MBA** preferred
- **1-3 years** experience in sales support, CRM, or client servicing
- Strong **communication skills** (English & Hindi; Gujarati a plus)
- Basic knowledge of **export documentation** is an advantage
- Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented personality

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
