Digital Marketing - CRM Executive (Fresher)

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented CRM Executive (Fresher) to join our Digital Marketing team. The role involves managing customer data, executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer interactions, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to kickstart a career in digital marketing and CRM.
Key Responsibilities

Support customer database management: updating, segmenting, and ensuring data accuracy.

Coordinate with the digital marketing team to create personalized communication strategies.

Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.

Ensure timely execution of CRM activities to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.

Assist in A/B testing of campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Stay updated on CRM and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and CRM concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,132.03 - ₹25,000.00 per month
