Role Description

We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Manager
for a
full-time, on-site role in Chennai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our clients' brands, generate leads, and drive measurable growth.

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee
Google Ads campaigns, social media strategy, web analytics, content marketing, and campaign optimization
. You will work closely with the team to design and execute innovative marketing strategies that deliver strong ROI and enhance online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
    and paid social campaigns.
  • Develop and implement effective
    social media marketing strategies
    across multiple platforms.
  • Track and analyze
    web analytics
    and campaign performance to improve results.
  • Manage content marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with client goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Google Ads campaign management
    (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax).
  • Strong expertise in
    social media marketing
    (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with
    lead generation
    strategies and execution.
  • Proficiency in
    web analytics tools
    (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    , or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    SEO, PPC (beyond Google Ads), and content marketing
    .
  • Knowledge of
    marketing automation tools
    (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Creative thinking with a strong understanding of
