**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to implement innovative strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and content to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance metrics and present findings to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in Digital Marketing are preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role with a minimum of 3 years in digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in the IT or digital services industry is a plus.
