**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to consolidate financial data and reconcile discrepancies.

**Management Information Systems (MIS)**:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports to provide timely and accurate information for management decision-making.
- Design and implement dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
- Evaluate and optimize existing MIS processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
- Contribute to the development of financial models for forecasting and decision support.

**Data Analysis**:

- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from financial and operational data.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders clearly and concisely.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and MIS functions.
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, MIS, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
