This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 1200000 - Rs 1500000 ie INR 12-15 LPA Min Experience 2 years Location Surat JobType full-time The Manager - FP A will work closely with the senior leadership team including the CFO to drive key financial planning budgeting forecasting MIS reporting and business performance analysis across the organization The ideal candidate will be a high-performing Chartered Accountant with solid industry experience in FP A capable of delivering insights that inform strategic decisions support automation and improve operational efficiency Requirements Key Responsibilities Budgeting Business Planning Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles in collaboration with functional and departmental heads Ensure financial plans are built on sound assumptions with a strong focus on cost control and revenue growth Create and present budget decks variance reports and forecast reviews for senior leadership Design and maintain dashboards and KPI monitoring tools focusing on data automation and performance tracking Build and manage integrated financial models Cash Flow P L and Balance Sheet Assist in managing the organization s multi-year strategic financial roadmap Management Board Reporting Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly MIS performance summaries and Board-level financial presentations Conduct trend analysis identify performance drivers and risks and present actionable financial insights Provide comprehensive variance analysis highlighting key issues and improvement opportunities Support development of internal reports to drive operational excellence Special Projects Lead or support initiatives related to automation process optimization and business case evaluations Work with cross-functional teams to convert financial data into strategic business insights Group Financial Reporting Assist in preparing interim and annual consolidated financial statements Support technical accounting analysis and ensure compliance with relevant financial reporting standards Risk Management Contribute financial analysis to enterprise risk assessments and support mitigation strategy formulation Candidate Profile Qualifications Chartered Accountant CA - Mandatory Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Accounting or related field Experience Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in core FP A business finance budgeting or MIS reporting Industry background is essential preferably from product-based sectors such as retail manufacturing consumer goods or luxury Candidates with only consulting experience except those from Big Four firms with direct audit accounting exposure will not be considered Preference for candidates with exposure to corporate finance long-term financial planning and statutory reporting
