**Job Title**: Data Analysis Cum MIS Executive
**Location**: Mota Varachha, Surat
**Job Timing**: 9:00 AM To 6:00 PM

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Data Analysis cum MIS Executive to support decision-making by analysing data, creating reports, and developing dashboards. This role combines data management, reporting, and dashboard creation to track and present key metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
Gather, clean, and analyse data to generate reports on business performance (daily, weekly, monthly). Perform trend and variance analysis to uncover insights and opportunities.
- **MIS Reporting**:
Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports to deliver accurate and timely business insights. Collaborate with teams to customize reports for different needs.
- **Dashboard Development & Management**:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to visualize key metrics. Ensure dashboards are real-time, user-friendly, and reflect accurate data.
- **Data Visualization**:
Present complex data clearly using charts and graphs to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- **Process Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in reporting. Work with IT teams to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows.
- **Data Management**:
Ensure data quality and consistency across all reports and dashboards. Regularly update data sources and maintain documentation.
- **Collaboration & Support**:
Work with departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing) to understand their data needs. Provide guidance on interpreting data and reports.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or MIS.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Familiarity with data management tools and programming languages (Python, R).
- **Analytical**: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal skills to convey data insights to non-technical audiences.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure high accuracy in reports and dashboards.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, VBA).
- Experience in advanced statistical analysis and data modeling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
