- Total experience: -3 years of experience in Hotel Industry.
- Minimum experience: -1-2 years of experience as a Commi II in South Indian cuisine.

Education:

- Diploma or certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.

Eligibility:

- Only Male Applicants Required.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**JOB TYPE: FULL TIME**

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, and chutneys.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients by chopping, grinding, and marinating as needed.
- Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen supervisor to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including traditional cooking methods and ingredients.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.
