We wish to hire a sales personnel for South Indian region.

**Responsibilities of Sales Personnel**:

- Promote Pharos Books: Showcase and sell a diverse range of books from Pharos, emphasizing their unique qualities to customers in South India.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building within the dynamic South Indian market.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of regional literary trends, popular authors, and cultural events to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Local Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with local bookstores, libraries, and institutions to expand Pharos Books' presence in the region.

**Requirements**:

- A deep understanding of South Indian literary tastes.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language is essential.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
- Familiarity with the diverse cultural landscape and reading preferences of South India.
- A self-motivated, proactive and adaptable individual capable of working independently.
