**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition and Lead Generation**:Identify potential authors and clients through online platforms, social media, and industry events.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
- **Sales Pitch and Presentation**:Present and promote self-publishing services, including editing, design, marketing, and distribution. Customize offerings based on individual client needs.
- **Relationship Management**:Build and nurture long-term relationships with authors and clients. Act as the main point of contact to guide clients through the publishing process.
- **Market Research**: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Provide feedback to the product team to enhance service offerings.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns. Coordinate with editors, designers, and project managers to ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in publishing, media, or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of self-publishing, book marketing, or content creation is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
