**Job Overview**

We are a dynamic self-publishing house dedicated to helping authors bring their stories to life. We provide services ranging from manuscript editing and design to publishing and marketing, ensuring every writer's vision is realized. As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience in the publishing industry while assisting our growing community of authors.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Intern, you will:

- **Support Customer Onboarding**: Guide new clients through registration, submission processes, and platform usage.
- **Problem-Solving**: Help troubleshoot technical issues with our publishing tools and platforms, escalating cases when necessary.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with editorial, design, and marketing teams to resolve client queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Enhance Customer Experience**: Provide suggestions for improving support processes based on customer feedback and your observations.

**Qualifications**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is empathetic, patient, and customer-focused.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
