**Responsibilities**

**. Business research and Drafting of Contracts**:

- Drafting as well as negotiating contractual agreements for clients shall be required. EA should be able to suggest and accordingly draft the agreement for the clients.

**. Contract Vetting** - EA should be well-trained in reviewing documents to determine their specific legalities and meanings. These documents include employee contracts, proposals, and other legal documents such as bylaws and non-disclosure agreements.

**. Template Drafting - **EA should be able to draft templates for the Company.

**. Work Delegation from VLC -** EA, should be able to take instructions from VLC and work properly in time and deliver work to VLCs

**. Trademark and Copyright Filing** - EA should have good knowledge of handling the entire process for Trademark and copyright, to be followed before registry.

**. Client Calls **-Calling clients for taking briefs and any other queries.
- Any other task assigned by management.

**Competencies Required**
- **Graduate in law (LLB)**:

- **Should possess one-year experience in contract drafting, vetting, and research.**
- Excellent communications skills
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Should be able to do reporting to seniors
- Should have good listening skills
- Meticulous drafting skills
- Analytical vetting skills
- Should be well versed in corporate law (contract law, company law, intellectual property rights)
