Work closely with senior lawyers to prepare cases thoroughly and effectively.Research: Conduct legal research to support drafting tasks and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.Client Management: Manage communications with clients related to legal documentation, ensuring timely and effective updates.Court Appearance: Independently appear and argue before the Courts, providing clarity and simplifying the case for better and immediate understanding.Requirements:Law Degree: Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) or higher.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting and appearing before the Court.
