At Rama University, we pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive and enriching legal education to our students. As a Professor in the Law Department, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality curriculum, conducting research, and mentoring aspiring legal minds.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking and analysis.
Mentor and guide students in their academic and career pursuits.
Develop and update course materials, ensuring relevance to current legal principles and practices.
Conduct research in your area of expertise and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary programs and initiatives.
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and faculty development activities.
Stay updated with legal developments, case law, and legislative changes.
Provide guidance and support to students for moot court competitions, research projects, and legal clinics.
Engage in community outreach and contribute to the overall growth and development of the Law Department.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Law from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of teaching and research experience in law.
- Strong track record of scholarly research, publications, and contributions to the legal field.
- Experience in curriculum development, program administration, and industry collaboration is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Proficiency in legal research methodologies, legal databases, and technology tools.
- Knowledge of legal principles, doctrines, and case law across various legal domains.
- Membership in professional legal associations.
**Salary**: ₹30,401.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
