Prepare brief notes for every case, providing all the details of the case and the file. Work closely with senior lawyers to prepare cases thoroughly and effectively. - Research: Conduct legal research to support drafting tasks and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. - Client Management: Manage communications with clients related to legal documentation, ensuring timely and effective updates. - Court Appearance: Independently appear and argue before the Courts, providing clarity and simplifying the case for better and immediate understanding. Requirements: - Law Degree: Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) or higher. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting and appearing before the Court. Prior work experience of working in a law firm or corporate legal department will be preferred. - Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively.
