We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Lawyer / Legal Associate to support our Banking & Finance team in drafting and due diligence assignments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing demand notices, reply to legal notices, due diligence reports, and legal documentation review for Banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and vet demand notices, loan recall notices, and legal replies in large volumes.
  • Review and summarize loan documentation, mortgage deeds and title documents.
  • Conduct legal due diligence.
  • Coordination with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • LL.B. from a recognized university (enrollment with Bar Council preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience.
  • Strong command over English drafting, articulation, and legal reasoning.
  • Familiarity with SARFAESI Act, DRT procedure, and RBI guidelines is desirable.
  • Ability to work on volume drafting assignments with attention to detail and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
