**Job Overview**:
We seek an enthusiastic and driven **Computer Course Counselor** to join our growing team. As a remote counselor, you will be potential students' first point of contact. Your role will be to understand their career goals and guide them in choosing the right computer course while converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate computer/IT courses.
- Provide complete information about course curriculum, fees, duration, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversions.
- Maintain records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for course enrollments.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated with current course offerings and IT market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a counselor in a **computer institute**.
- Graduate in any discipline (background in computers or IT preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in **English**.
- Strong persuasion and sales skills with a student-first approach.
- Comfortable working from home using online tools (Zoom, CRM, Google Meet, etc.).
- Knowledge of AI-related topics is an advantage.
