**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Counsel prospective students and guide them through the course/program selection process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent pre
- and post-sales support.
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs to meet their career goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve sales strategies and student experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **Sales or CRM** (preferably in the education/ed-tech sector).
- **Excellent communication skills in English** (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to handle objections and close deals.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
