Bull Bear Cubs is one of India's fastest-growing stock market education platforms with a vibrant community of 1,00,000+ learners guided by experienced mentors. We specialize in delivering practical and simplified stock market learning experiences, helping individuals achieve financial independence. To expand our reach, we are looking for female Stock Market Counsellors with 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial education or stock market counselling.

Role Overview

As a Stock Market Counsellor, you will be the primary advisor for prospective students. You will counsel them about our courses, understand their financial learning goals, and ensure smooth enrolments. This role is ideal for female candidates with stock market knowledge and prior counselling experience who are looking to grow in a fast-paced and rewarding career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counselling & Advisory
  • Guide students, professionals, and traders on stock market courses and career scope.
  • Recommend suitable learning programs based on their needs and experience level.
  • Lead Management & Conversion
  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and webinar queries.
  • Convert leads into confirmed enrolments with professional follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM.
  • Community & Events
  • Represent Bull Bear Cubs in webinars, workshops, and orientation sessions.
  • Address queries and build trust with learners.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work with sales & marketing teams to maximize enrolments.
  • Provide feedback from students to improve courses and processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in:
  • Counselling for stock market / finance courses, OR
  • Financial advisory, stock market institutes, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of stock market basics, trading, and investments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus).
  • Energetic, empathetic, and persuasive personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
