Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling:
○ Guide students and parents about educational programs, career pathways, and

admission processes.

○ Assist students in identifying their interests, goals, and strengths to suggest

suitable courses and institutions.

○ Provide detailed information on academic offerings, scholarships, and funding

options.

2. Admission Assistance:

○ Coordinate between students and institutions to ensure a smooth admissions

process.

○ Keep updated on eligibility requirements and entrance criteria for various

programs.

3. Follow-Up and Support:
○ Maintain regular communication with students and parents to address concerns

or queries.

○ Monitor students’ progress post-admission and provide assistance when needed.

○ Build strong relationships to foster student satisfaction and institutional trust.

4. Database Management:
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all students, inquiries, and

conversions.

○ Utilize CRM software (if applicable) to manage leads and generate reports.

5. Marketing and Outreach:
○ Participate in education fairs, school visits, and webinars to promote programs

and attract students.

○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and

campaigns.

○ Act as the institution’s representative in interactions with prospective students.

6. Compliance and Reporting:
○ Ensure all activities comply with institution policies and regulatory requirements.

○ Prepare regular reports on student enrollments, inquiries, and feedback for

management.

Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, or Exp in related field.

Additional certifications in counselling or career guidance are a plus.
- Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years in student counselling, preferably in the education sector.
- Key Skills:
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.

○ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

○ Knowledge of educational trends, programs, and admission procedures.

○ Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Personal Attributes:
○ Empathy and patience in dealing with students and parents.
