As an Online Counsellor, you will be responsible for engaging potential students, understanding their needs, and persuasively presenting the benefits of our course.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Contact and engage with 10th-grade students and Parents through phone calls or online platforms.

2. Explain the features and benefits of our Delhi Polytechnic Entrance Course.

3. Assist students in understanding the course curriculum, admission process, and career opportunities.

4. Answer queries and address concerns effectively to encourage enrollment.

5. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up activities.

6. Achieve monthly revenue targets by successfully selling the course.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and achieve organizational goals.

8. Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and student preferences.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales or counselling, preferably in the education sector.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to engage and build rapport with students and parents.

4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

5. Familiarity with educational courses and entrance exams is a plus.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

7. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Salary Structure:

- Base salary: INR 15,000 per month
- Minimum Revenue Target: INR 1,00,000
- Incentive: 10% of revenue generated above INR 1,00,000

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
