We are looking for a counsellor to join our team and help our audience achieve their personal and professional goals.

As a counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our audience. You will help them address their mental health concerns and provide them with the necessary tools to overcome their challenges. You will also be responsible for creating content that is engaging, informative, and relevant to our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to our audience.
- Help our audience address their mental health concerns.
- Provide necessary tools to overcome challenges.
- Conduct individual counselling sessions to assess client needs.
- Facilitate therapy sessions and provide education on relevant topics.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in counselling to enhance your professional knowledge.

Always maintain a professional and ethical demeanour, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in counselling, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid state license or certification as a counsellor.
- Proven experience in counselling or related field.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of various counselling techniques and intervention strategies
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a counsellor.
