We are looking for a Remote Counsellor with strong knowledge of Networking Solutions and Cisco technologies to guide learners and professionals pursuing careers in IT and networking. The ideal candidate will serve as a mentor and advisor, helping candidates choose the right learning paths, certifications, and skill development opportunities in the networking and cybersecurity domains.

You will play a key role in counselling students, professionals, and partners about Cisco programs, certification pathways, and industry trends while supporting them through their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide career and academic counselling focused on networking, Cisco certifications, and IT infrastructure programs.
  • Assess client goals and recommend suitable courses or career paths in networking solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) and related certifications.
  • Guide clients on network design, implementation, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Assist in enrolment processes, program selection, and progress tracking.
  • Conduct online counselling sessions and webinars for students and professionals.
  • Maintain client records and ensure high-quality engagement and satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
